Brand Video

Rhythm was approached to provide both art direction and production services to our friends at Meerkats for one of their BGC projects. The requirement was two brand related videos requiring 6 days filming both on-ground and drone content across a variety of locations.

With a well written script by Gordon Haynes, our direction was to mix some ‘acted’ simulations with some ‘real world’ situations. We used a less crew, more time formula to enable us to get a broad range of locations and people shot for the allotted budget.  This resulted in over 25 hours of interviews and b-roll that needed editing down to 2 x 3 min videos.

The amount and quality of the gathered footage enabled Meerkats to work with the client and expand on the initial scope which resulted in an additional one more version of each video.
